Integrity Home Maintenance Program

Twice-yearly inspections of your electrical panel, GFCIs, smoke detectors, and grounding system. Catch problems before they cause outages, fires, or code violations.

Don't Wait Until Something Breaks

Your electrical panel is the nerve center of your home. Everything that uses electricity draws power from its circuits, yet you might never give it a thought unless there's a problem. When things go wrong with your electrical system, they tend to be serious. A malfunctioning panel doesn't just cause flickering lights—a power surge can damage appliances, and electrical fires can be the result.

With the Integrity Home Maintenance Program, our master technicians inspect, clean, tighten, and verify all wiring, circuit connections, and operational aspects of your electrical panel to keep you and your loved ones safe, secure, and uninterrupted.

Why Routine Maintenance Matters

Electrical panels face common issues: corrosion, overcrowding, and loose connections. Panels should be cleaned and checked yearly to ensure they're maintained and wired properly. Loose connections can cause electric shocks or fires. We find that 80% of homes we visit are not grounded properly, which can cause surging and other electrical problems. We check your grounding system and make sure it's up to code.

GFCIs are an essential safety feature. They protect you and your loved ones from potential shock where water is present. If they're not working properly, it could result in a shock or potentially a spark or fire. Manufacturers recommend testing them monthly. We properly test them on our visit every six months and make recommendations as needed.

Smoke detectors are the most important part of your family's safety. Manufacturers recommend testing detectors monthly and replacing them every seven years. We test and clean your smoke detectors every six months and recommend when they need to be replaced. A quick response to fires can help save lives and property.

Common questions
How often do you visit?+

Twice per year, every six months. You also receive priority scheduling if you need service between visits.

What if you find a problem during the inspection?+

We provide a detailed report and estimate for any repairs or code violations. You decide what to address and when, but you'll know exactly what needs attention.

Do I need to test my smoke detectors and GFCIs myself?+

Manufacturers recommend monthly testing. We test and clean them every six months as part of the program, but monthly checks between visits are still a good idea for maximum safety.
